Saigoku Cocktail

The Saigoku Cocktail is an original cocktail created by us, the Hiroshima Saigoku Kaido Collective, a grassroots organization consisting of local town people from the area. The Saigoku Kaido Highway is often described as “a major artery of culture”– so the red color of the cocktail symbolizes the Saigoku Kaido, and the blue color symbolizes the rivers flowing through Hiroshima. We are looking for restaurants to serve “Saigoku Cocktails” so feel free to ask us how to make it!
